Kilbeggan Irish whiskey has recently been given an older brother with the launch of Kilbeggan 15 Year Old, which was released to mark the 250th anniversary of the Old Kilbeggan Distillery.
Master Blender Noel Sweeney handpicked a small number of the best casks maturing in the warehouses at the Old Kilbeggan Distillery and the whiskey was launched at a special ceremony held to mark the re-start of distillation at Kilbeggan on 19th March 2007. This is a small batch bottling and is therefore a limited edition so be sure to grab a bottle if you see it!
